True Supermodel; Eternal Grace.

I had always thought that modelling was not a life long career. I used to think that as soon as you start to get wrinkles and get old the modelling business throws you out! It's what everybody expects from this industry right? They only want young, fresh faced beauties, you are no need to them when you start getting old and ugly. Well, unless you are old but still have the grace of a queen and face of a temptress!

I present to you; Carmen Dell’Orefice. The woman who has been in the modelling industry for bloody 65 years and they still haven't got tired of her face yet! She first started modelling when she was 15, when she landed in the cover of Vogue, and now she is 80 years old, nonetheless she is still a goddess in the catwalk!

 

 Wouldn't you just look to be able to look like her when you are that old? UNF! Infact, she doesn't even look 80! She looks just as fresh and beautiful as any of the young models out there.

Most people's looks go downward as they grow older but hers? It just keeps and keeps on going upwards. She must be the queen of the modelling industry.

 

Now, that's what i call a REAL SUPERMODEL!

Though, i must say she kind of reminds me of Cruella De Vil with her perfectly high cheekbones and that cloudy silver hair.

17 year old Kate Moss

I came across these pictures of Kate Moss at Daily Mail which kind of blew me away. I had never seen Kate Moss so fresh, youthful and just so pretty. She is pretty now too, it's just she's kinda lost that extra 'UNF' due to alcohol and drugs.

She looks so beautiful. I am not really a fan of Kate Moss but looking at this picture now i can fathom why she was so famous all over the modelling industry and became one of the top models. To be honest, her lifestyle now has completely ruined her looks.

Gemma Ward's weight gain?

I recently came across some pictures of Gemma Ward,  a supermodel who is known for her baby-like face, that shocked me a bit. She is probably one of the model's that have appealed to me. Ward, wasn't even 18 yet when she was considered to be No.2 model in the world! Her first debut was in 2003 when she walked the runway of Australian Fashion Week and after that she caught the eye of many designers and appeared in lots of catwalks and magazines. She took a break from the modelling business for 3 years since 2008 when these pictures started to surface. I got these pictures from here.

In my opinion she is not fat, she has just put on some weight. She looks like a normal girl. I don't know when these pictures are but this is from 2009;

She is still a unique beauty even if she may have gained some weight. She probably had a hard time after her friend/boyfriend Heath Ledger died. There are confusions whether she is still 'fat' or not. She recently filmed  Pirates of the Caribbean 4 as the Mermaid Queen so i don't think she is. I can't wait to see her on the big screen! I heard her dream was always to be an actress not a model, i'm glad she got what she wanted. It would be great if she became a hollywood superstar. That would be awesome! She left her mark in the modelling industry and now she is moving on the the film industry?!

Three finger chain hand harness

Went home to find a package from Asos in my bed, i teared it open (although, someone else had already opened it first) and found this! I was not expecting this at all since i was told that it will come in 10th may. Anyway, i absolutely love it. I have a thing for chains. I had some collected so i could make bracelets, rings etc but i lost it. In fact, i had made two rings attached to another chain, so when i wore the two chain rings on different fingers there would be a chain dangling on my knuckles. I lost it some where though :(

I think my next chain purchase will be those ones you attach to your wallet and your belt. You know like these.

I know it's mostly boys who wear it but who gives a fuck, i want one! and i shall get one!...once i get blessed with some money that is. :B

Well.. yesterday was eventful | 24th April 2011

I went to a bbq party that my dad organized in Thames Valley park. It was for all the 'High skilled people' lol i don't even know what that means.

I wasn't going to go but i thought 'gah, why not, it's a lovley day'. I wore my green hareem trousers and the top Sanju dd brought for me from America. When i got there, i saw what i had expected; All adults with their children who were proper happy because they got to play with other kids and no one my age or as cool as me to hang out with HURAAYY lol jk. Well, there were these dd's but i couldn't be bothered to go and say 'hi' to them, so i got my self a plate full of chicken, papad, alu ko achar, bhatmas etc and sat down next to this other dd i knew. We started talking about school and GCSE's and blah blah.

Helped mum cook the meat for a sometime, while checking out sexy guys playing football topless.
Then, i got bored told mum i wanted to go home, mum got the key off dad and gave it to me. But i didn't want to go home so i texted Sophiya to go to park but when i was going i saw Fauna dd, my tutor who was looking pretty hot with her sungalsses and cute dress and dangly earrings lol,  and she dragged me back.

So after she finally finished eating me, her, appu dd, and 2 other dd's went to go to the park behind tesco. I changed my mind, so i left them and knocked for sophiya.

Me and Sophiya were headed to palmer park when we heard out beloved tutor's voice saying 'Amishaa' i turned around and was surprised to see her coming towards us and, that she had changed her clothes and was not wearing jeans, top and was holding bag.

She asked me where i was going and when she said this her lips did not move, i thought maybe i was losing my eyesight. The girl kept on coming closer to her and when i heard the voice her lips did not move at all. 'Is that fauna dd?' i asked to sophiya then looked at the other side to see the REAL fauna dd lol.

Turns out the girl we had been looking was not Fauna dd but some other girl. LOL, she must've thought we were gonna rape her since we kept looking at her, awhh.

My mother,  who; as the whole world know is very concerned about me had called Fauna dd to ask about my whereabouts. My phone was completely dead at this point so i couldn't call her.

We went to park, looked for Sophiya's mum and then when we were sleeping on my second home ( i would come her i were ever to get kicked out and had nowhere else to go) like queens, these three little cockroaches came running, Maggie saying 'Sophieeee sophieee' or something i can't remember.
It was Maggie and the two boys whose names i always get mixed up so i just call them Sujana and Ipi's brothers.

Then we eventually found Sophiya's mum hanging with some other Baun aunties that i knew lol. Oh, and we also ran into Appu, Sadi, Surakshya, Samikshya, i-forgot-her-name dd's and Susikshya baini. We hanged with them for a while, played on the round-about thingy.
I asked Appu dd if the bbq had finished, she called her dad and asked him, found out that it had indeed already finished. I headed home straight away.

I went home to find mum raging. She started asking question about where i was, who i was with, what had happened to my phone.
I answered all of her questions honestly but i knew she wouldn’t believe me. Later that night after dad had got back home and i was in my room, dad called his friend.
The friend whom he had called was the father of one of the girls i said i was with in park.

He had initially called to ask questions about who cleaned up the bbq but as i predicted, he had also called  to find out if i was really barking the truth.

And that’s how my day ended; fun; suspicion; sleep.

So, if you manged to get to the end of this super long post. I shall reward you with something.....MY HAIR! It was all lovely and really curly yesterday :D
